United Way Leeds & Grenville serves as the most efficient umbrella organization, capable of engaging individuals and mobilizing collective action in order to generate funds for those in-need in our community. Dollars raised in the community are allocated to local agency programs that bring needed help and support, consistently and fairly, with proven performance and results. United Way supports priority needs where funding is otherwise not available, providing services to seniors, individuals, families and children – many of whom live below the poverty line.
We focus our efforts on three main areas that are essential to creating opportunities for everyone in our community. Our priority focus areas are;
Helping kids be All that they can be,
Building strong and healthy communities and
Moving people from poverty to possibility. Each of our funded partners below fall under one or more of our focus areas.
